Go for a power walk with some of your colleagues during your lunch break. Park your car a few blocks away you walk to work for 10 minutes, then you walk back for another 10 minutes. Voila, you have 20 minutes. Actually go to the gym. Take a walk around your neighborhood. Whatever it is, take 20 minutes every single day and exercise. It’s going to make you feel good, it’s going to make you happy.
