Cuando mantenemos una mentalidad de “gratitud” en nuestra vida, nos estamos situando en la “autopista” de la felicidad. Es increíble como cambia nuestra perspectiva vital cuando comenzamos a tomar conciencia de lo afortunados que somos por todo lo que ya tenemos. Partiendo del simple hecho de estar vivos, nuestras familias, nuestros amigos y relaciones, nuestro cuerpo, nuestras aficiones, la naturaleza,… Son tantas las cosas por las que podemos experimentar esa maravillosa emoción de la gratitud que muchas veces lo pasamos por alto.

Trazar un plan por escrito para lograr el éxito Decía James Allen en su maravilloso libro “Como un hombre piensa” que “Un hombre es literalmente lo que piensa, y la suma de sus pensamientos es su carácter”… Me parece una frase de una profundidad y contenido tremendos. Literalmente lo que está diciendo es que nuestros pensamientos son la GRAN clave para transformar nuestra vida tanto como deseemos.
Otro de los errores que suele generar infinidad de pensamientos de falta de valía es la comparación constante con los demás. No caigas en ese error. Te garantizo que por muy brillante que seas en cualquier área de tu vida, siempre habrá alguien más brillante que tú en otras muchas áreas. Y la comparación, que siempre suele ser para detectar que nos falta o en que fallamos, lo único que termina generando es frustración.
¡Que magníficas cinco ideas! Incluso cultivando una sola de ellas, la que más necesitemos, es imposible que no mejoren al mismo tiempo las otras cuatro. Como dices muy bién José Ma. estas claves pueden transformar nuestra manera de pensar, También con nuestra manera de pensar podemos vivir de acuerdo con estas claves e incluso convertirlas en hábitos.

Y no hablo aquí de esa clase de miedos relacionados con nuestra integridad física o supervivencia, sino me estoy refiriendo a toda esa batería de miedos tan comunes y que paralizan a tantas personas: miedo al fracaso, miedo al que dirán, miedo a que se rían de ti, miedo a fallar, miedo a no ser capaz de manejar la situación, etc…

Efectivamente, cuando enfocamos en desarrollar cualquiera de estos principios es inevitable que el resto también se vean influidos en positivo, porque todos ellos están basados en transformar nuestro patrón de pensamiento. Esa es la esencia y la gran clave para transformar tanto como deseemos en nuestra vida. Además, curiosamente con estas claves sucede que un simple incremento en positivo en su aplicación suele producir un tremendo impacto positivo en el resultado. Luego siempre merece absolutamente la pena cualquier tipo de esfuerzo que pongamos en ello.

Si un tsunami nous tombe dessus, nous pourrons mourir en quelques secondes malgré tout ce que nous avons et tout ce que nous sommes. L’univers physique a sa réalité propre sur lequel nous avons une influence, mais dont la complexité nous dépasse souvent. L’intérêt de l’approche décrite ici est de décider de devenir responsable de notre vie, de prendre la responsabilité de notre destin. Nous ne pouvons pas savoir ce qui nous tombera sur la tête au détour d’une rue, mais nous choisissons de nous prendre en main pour nous réaliser, malgré tous les obstacles qui pourrons se dresser contre nous. Je n’ai rien contre le fait de gagner beaucoup d’argent, bien au contraire. Mais c’est l’intention et l’énergie qui font réellement la différence. Or la majorité des gens n’a pas d’autre objectif que celui de gagner de l’argent, ce qui est pourtant une nécessité pour atteindre le succès financier.
