For a few weeks now, I’ve been trying to make small changes so that I’ll feel better about myself and my life. I’ve been writing down a few positive things from the day before I go to bed, but I haven’t been doing it consistently every night. (I did at first, but then I slacked off.) I’m going to recommit to maintaining that practice regularly.
