Daymond John I really like many of these points and the overall message here. One critique though: The analytical side of me must take issue with the “study of 90 undergraduate students” however. What study? Double blind? Published findings in a medical journal or just observational? Likely observational so ANY conclusion could be drawn from that group – They could as easily have found that the second group tended to go out to eat more or less or had more or fewer dates. Etc. Dangerous territory to read into things like that.
