by Clive Crook I really appreciate the effort coach KP put into this book in order to simplify the process of personnel development. This book is very well written in simple language. I can relate his claim with my day to day experience in my life. Dismantling the negative patterns, creating a positive attitude and setting up the goals to achieve whatever you want in your life are some of the examples that he was able to simply and make us understand. I would recommend this book to anyone who is thinking about taking their life in right direction. Beauty about this book is that you can finish this book in one sitting and you will be able to understand everything and apply in your own life. I gave this book 5 star because i'm already thinking about focusing more on my personnel development.

During this process we make unconscious beliefs that limit us conscious (see my article How to Change Self-Limiting Beliefs). We take responsibility for ourselves and stop pointing to others for results that we are responsible for. (see Take Responsibility in Your Life). This moves us back to power again, since we are the one in the driving seat. We are response-able, which enables us to dream again, set a life-vision and set some exciting new goals for our life (see The Fastest Way to Set Motivating Goals).

In the 1940’s, the psychologist Abraham Maslow famously saw ‘self-actualization’ as the highest level of achievement in people’s lives (Maslow, 1943). He argued that self-actualization was a manifestation of the fully developed person. Those who achieved it had reached their full potential and were blessed to experience selfhood, enjoy peak experiences and live their dreams.

Positive Thinking may refer to: What this means for us is that we struggle to change our habits or thought patterns when we tell ourselves negative phrases, since only our conscious minds can take those in. Conclusions For young children, this can often be an issue because they haven’t learned to use their conscious minds to process those negative words and take control of the subconscious to make sure they follow instructions correctly. It’s no surprise why children decide that way if you look at the split between conscious and subconscious mind according to psychology:
