We have very simple printed 8.5 x 11s on our bedroom ceiling and walls, one is “you are so blessed!” We also take a walk together every day that we call our Daily Magic and really focus on the positive energy; what we are grateful for, what we envision for ourselves, etc. This is a very strenuous power walk for 1 hour and 15 minutes! We even hold hands while we do it (awww). I can’t stress enough how powerful these rituals have been for us. In fact, we can track in detail that every single thing that we have envisioned for ourselves has actually happened! How nuts is that?! There is some magical mojo in this positive thinking bit!
