Then, you move to the next task. Occasionally, you check to see what progress you are making but, most of the time, you are only focused on what you need to do next.

One of the biggest obstacles to focus is distraction. Distraction mostly happens because you don’t see the great difference between the benefit you will derive from the activity you should be doing and the one you are distracting yourself with.
