Especially someone like myself who just graduated college not too long ago and just entering the work force and still trying to figure things out. This book helps you get in touch with yourself and removes you out of your comfort zone so you can reflect on your behavior, habits, thoughts etc. I enjoyed doing the exercises because it helped put many things into perspective for me. You can find parts of yourself in many sections of this book, if not all. The psychological content engages the reader on a different level because you’re in a position to think for yourself and be honest with yourself. I really enjoyed this book and I think it’s a perfect stepping stone for anyone who’s trying to let go of bad habits/routines or stuck in their comfort zones. Definitely recommended for professional/personal development.
