You can find parts of yourself in many sections of this book, if not all. The psychological content engages the reader on a different level because you’re in a position to think for yourself and be honest with yourself. I really enjoyed this book and I think it’s a perfect stepping stone for anyone who’s trying to let go of bad habits/routines or stuck in their comfort zones.
