Acceptance means to see your life / your situation as it really is and accept that. Stop rationalizing things you are truly unhappy about and tell yourself the truth. That may also mean you have to look at areas of your life where it really can be painful to accept the status quo. If you connect to the truth you have laid the most important basis to really grow. You have to know where you stand. From there you can move forward. Without that it’s just not working. Period. I really appreciate the effort coach KP put into this book in order to simplify the process of personnel development. This book is very well written in simple language. I can relate his claim with my day to day experience in my life. Dismantling the negative patterns, creating a positive attitude and setting up the goals to achieve whatever you want in your life are some of the examples that he was able to simply and make us understand. I would recommend this book to anyone who is thinking about taking their life in right direction. Beauty about this book is that you can finish this book in one sitting and you will be able to understand everything and apply in your own life. I gave this book 5 star because i'm already thinking about focusing more on my personnel development. Train The Trainer Online 6.
